• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle

• After the billing period ends, your membership will not renew

• No additional charges will be applied after cancellation

2. No Refunds

All payments for memberships and digital products are non-refundable.

• Partial billing periods

• Unused time

• Early cancellation of a membership

By purchasing access to SoftwareLit, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be issued, except where required by applicable law.

3. Automatic Renewal

Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.

By Subscribing, You Agree That

• Renewal charges will be applied to your payment method on file

• It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges

4. Enterprise Memberships

Enterprise memberships are arranged directly with SoftwareLit. Where the written agreement for an Enterprise membership includes different billing, cancellation, or refund terms, the terms of that agreement apply.

5. Billing Issues & Limited Exceptions

We may review billing issues in limited circumstances.

Examples May Include

• Duplicate charges

• Verif615f5fied technical errors that prevented access to the Services
